You are suggesting that the CF issue, the non exercise of options etc demonstrates that the organisation will lets say fold. I forget what word you used exactly. But... you did say did you not that it would be the last AGM, and bought into the concept of the scrip being collectable as a result. Rather than argue back and forth, I simply make the point that the market is not pricing the stock as worthless.
Why ? you say bcs of speculation - "quick profit" - profit implies people think the price will rise if they buy long right?
Obviously, Given the price is also not 0, sellers are prepared to ask a price that indicates that they also think the share has prospects, right?
In conclusion, the market is trading at a price that presently disagrees your thesis ie price is not 0. Equities markets are known to be forward looking, ergo once assumes that the price considers future value of holding the stock.
Not sure how else I can explain this if you again don't follow. I suppose you have the option of saying you don't think it will fold, or you don't comprehend, not sure there's many other options for you here. I think you'll say you don't comprehend, and that's cool.
