So you gave 3 non answers (you dont know who they are, you dont know how long they've been doing it, but you know they're doing it for power and control - can you explain what power and control they are getting?)
But what about the observable evidence. How do you explain, for example, the retreating arctic ice, or phenology changes? Is that an artificial change? i.e are people going out and physically melting the ice? Are they going out and removing insects (as just one example) and stopping them from pollinating? Or, is it in fact getting warmer, and those things are happening due to the warming?
As I said before, your explanation raises far more questions than it answers.
