what I'm still unlcear on is in a practical sense. Does this mean PRR list more shares for the US listing (dilutionary for AUS shares?) and is it like a capital raising for PRR - they bank the cash, get rid of Springtree for example.
This is the part I'm still unclear on. Your thoughts appreciated.
