Depends on how material it is, they are seeking shares in Rift Valley not Lindan, if I read correctly. Not sure what liability Lindan would have regarding the profit generated by rift valley.
The only way I would be concerned is if it somehow has tie in that allow them to hold up Lindan, but nothing in the summons indicates that.
