GB, it is not policy to refuse applications. This is common knowledge. Can you name another permit that has had it's NOPTA application refused?
Needless to say, my conviction is based on extensive research. I know I am not the only one who has put in the time to drill down, but I would be surprised if anyone has spent more time than I have. I have high conviction that the 3 windows are how things will pan out. It can't be guaranteed, but it is fair and reasonable IMO.
Your theories don't align with mine so it is no surprise that you are selling while I am buying. It's important those that want to buy have supply so I am sure your decision is welcomed by many.
