I've asked this question before and will ask again: is it possible for a company (eg PGC) to declare a dividend but only "obtainable" via the dividend reinvestment arrangement?
If so, this is of benefit to shareholders who want a return on their investment and the company which wants to maintain available cash.
If not, I assume that the Corporations Act prohibits a dividend declaration if it is not also available as cash. I look forward to any responses. GLTAH Keith
