Telstra will sell any customer Starlink? They have a resell arrangement. Issue is there is no money in reselling starlink compared to their own core Data and Network services. Add to that Telstra Partner network can also sell Starlink for Telstra. Seen as a regional and or redundancy play.
Worry is that if Telstra relies in reselling Microsoft services, subcontract (versent etc) and Starlink, they will be getting a small % markup vs selling their own core carriage services which is where the real margins lie
