Re proposed Nasdaq listing, as long as there is no change from the previously announced info:

No new shares to be issued as part of the proposed Nasdaq listing and No capital raising. The shares purchased for and listed on the Nasdaq will be parcels of asx listed shares. These parcel are expected to equate to 30 asx listed shares.

So the benefit of this to us Australian investors who hold shares and options. Our market will increase hugely, e.g. the old supply and demand theory. Same number of shares (= no change to supply) however there will hopefully be a far greater demand from this increased market size.
