    CTP can't pay a dividend while management are getting ridiculous salaries and bonuses. Very unlikely in any case. I don't understand why the top shareholders haven't pushed for the review to be made public?? Especially when it was paid for with shareholder money. One only has to look at buru to see how a review is implemented.
