AMP sold big - around 3.5 Mio. shares between 12/17/04 and 1/21/05. Explains a lot of the latest downmove. Would be interesting to learn about the reasons.
IMO CEO Searle will have to face the consequences of his desastrous Svartliden appraoch which cost us shareholders more than 5 Mio. in cash and at least 6 month delay.
Wrote him a mail but just received some childish offenses from him. This guy is not a good CEO IMO.
Hope their Finland properties will show some good results and Svartliden will finally open in February as rescheduled. To be honest - I doubt it.
Would'nt sell now because sentiment might come back with the mine opener.
