I don't have any inside information to add, but my experience in biotech is bad news is released straight to market, while positive news is released after a halt so as to build investor attention.
I would be surprised given then historical safety of ISLA-101 if there were any safety signals with the drug, the big risk is it just doesn't work in people to stop Dengue. We will soon know.
