    Thats where this argument will be played out. It is just so obvious and if you think about it the process has already started.

    RIO and BHPBIO are claiming they are at their maximum capacity of rail use. Create up lines and down lines and that argument is out the window.

    There is an expression "you cant hunt with the fox and run with the hound" Both BHPBIO and RIO accepted government incentive to build those rail lines and they are built on leased government land. So get real and form some sort of rail corporation and start to really move this iron ore.

    Just remember in the evolution of nations China is actually still at the lower end of the curve with India being approximately fifteen years behind.

    Eventually that rail corporation will come by necessity as China, India and South east Asia expand. The big boys want it to be in the hands of only three companies. I cant see them succeeding on that one
