This seems to me to be a plant by Orano. Insert their man to carry out necessary due diligence to inform an Orano take over offer. Lance is a reasonable fit for Orano's project development pipeline considering their involvement in the Mongolian Zuuvch Ovoo ISR project, which I think is also acid ISR. Time will tell how this plays out, but I can tell you, Orano employees are very sticky employees. They don't leave Orano often.
