'Today, we introduced our Production Tax Incentive legislation to back our resources industry.'

    Madeleine King MP

This bill has high level industry support, including this from - AMEC (Association of Mining and Exploration Companies) which supports the bill, stated this:

AMEC applauds the introduction of the Future Made in Australia (Production Tax Credits and Other Measures) Bill 2024 to Commonwealth Parliament today.

'It provides confidence to the growing critical minerals sector and demonstrates to the market and investors, that Australia is open for business and serious about developing a value-adding industry right here in Australia.' Warren Pearce, AMEC

    - -

Significantly, for RNU this establishes a Critical Minerals Production Tax Incentive worth ten per cent of relevant processing and refining costs for Australia’s 31 critical minerals, for critical minerals processed and refined between 2027–28 and 2039–40, for up toten years per project.

    Australia is open for business!
