Not the easiest of AGM's to summarise as most is already out there. Thanks to WT, DH, AL, RM and DD.

The presentation and associated webinar cover the surface issues very well.
The ease with which more in depth questions were covered shows a high level of expertise.

I say "surface issues" because everything presented has multiple layers of research and hard work attached with only broad headlines being shown.

Expensive exploration has been put on hold to focus on getting the multiple permits, approvals, mett etc etc together for an upcoming feasibility study which will mark a major milestone. Bindi is essentially being treated as a standalone project with Dasher on the back burner as it adds extra complexity, and cost which are better postponed until Bindi is up and running well (my paraphrasing and understanding of a brief comment). Ditto for any further exploration although the geos would love to try. Discipline required and being maintained.

Called the orphan period between discovery and development with CVV being a near perfect example.

The European connection is still active. HPGR discussions, and a corollary to above ESG activity already underway could yield some sway with the Danish Credit Agency. EU is notorious(?) for being strict on these matters.

No questions asked about details of funding - ongoing activities for sure.

Power. Major decision due mid 2025 regarding connection to grid. Basically a win win for "Western Power" who need a high capacity user such as CVV. [I used to work in northern Manitoba. One day someone turned of the power to the smelter at the Thomson Nickel Mine. The resulting surge apparently blacked out Winnipeg some 500 Kms away. May not be relevant but shows what a big user can mean to the grid.]

    Water. Awaiting extraction approvals.
Conflict of interest with owner? More an alignment of interests with many benefits for both parties. Access is NOT an issue which it would be for 'independent' non related entities.
Been mentioned before but water quality has been declining in the proposed borefield area and the extraction of brackish water suitable for mine processing could potentially reduce near surface salinity.
Access from bores to site - no detail but obviously being considered.

Native title is extinguished in this area but there are ongoing discussions with the traditional owners - the Yued people.

    Processing.
Mett work ongoing with one goal being to keep the Au in the Cu concentrate above 1 g/t to be payable.
Ag/Au report with the Cu con. and, if payable, help the bottom line to the tune of 5-10% for no extra cost. Mo circuit a similar cost benefit.
Ore sorting is on the table with the technology rapidly evolving and likely considered earlier in the plan than it was a couple of years ago.
First Quantum's Kansanshi mine has been using a sorting system at 2800tph since 2022.

Would dearly love more staff but will wait till next year.

    =====================
Mostly from memory and paraphrasing comments.

Been a busy year though not too obvious. The preparations have laid the foundations for more to come next year with the FS being the major goal. Wise not to put a date on it yet as missing the deadline can be deadly for SH confidence.
