There's probably still bid interest, but not sure at what price. At least that puts a floor under the stock for some time .
A year or two of relative status-quo to work through the short-term issues wouldn't be the worst result. New Board, likely new Management ect.
Debt isn't a concern anymore, and cash-flows have remained relatively good all considering, so maybe there's some increased Shareholder Return potential via divvy or Special.
