was just thinking the same thing....this is pure speculation but BVS moving this hard on no news says to me someone knows something. Its not huge volume yet so will have to wait and see if this SP holds around high $1.58s or low $1.60's
News could be a few things:
1) Resumption of dividends
2) new significant contracts which will grow top line revenue for rest of this year
3) new sub holder notice and/or speculation on an approach from a potential acquirier
just my opinion, DYOR etc etc
