Yes FDA approval gives them immunity ok lol. Lab tests are the most accurate as it detects the type of bacteria that’s present and the correct antibiotics can be supplied. It’s why doctors send to labs then prescribe. A mis diagnosis by the doctor can mean serious infection and in worse cases sepsis. Yes they can be sued with any FDA drug. A FDA ruling is no free ticket. The medical industry is a tough area to crack and the most accurate methods will always be used. Anyways LDX has the money and still has the potential goodluck with the investment these are my own opinions and my experience. Won’t reply on this thread again
