Anyone notice the difference between the way Raleigh operates and the way Tonka operates in takeovers?
Raleigh - talk down the target company making it cheaper.
Tonka - Buy shares in target company driving the price higher so you can pay more.
Tonka doesn't care, he's got very little of his own hard earned in it (if any). He gets a handsome pay out every time a takeover happens regardless of it's good or bad for shareholders.
