A very good question. Surely it would be better to accept a slightly smaller divvy and at least get Some growth, rather than to pay “yourself” out of your capital ? Total Shareholder Return (TSR) should be the name of the game ? Altho to be fair, WMI has tended to perform in this current (and the small cap) environment. Look around and DYOR !
