Thats an incomplete answer - the workers in the company get paid award rates, with overtime etc etc, and these workers expect to get redundancy payments if the company goes into liquidation .... while SH's get the usual SFA.
PS this was nice little earner for the CR manager .... whose analyst came out with a very optimistic assessment .... no updates for quite some time !!
