the director you are talking about here is Mr Robert Gilmour. Pls do refer to the ann on 3rd nov 2010, Resignation of Director.

"Dr Gilmour is in the process of pursuing new business interests and therefore may not have the necessary time to commit to a Non Executive Director role with Anteo."


only Mr gilmour has been reducing his share holdings thru out the year which alluded us to think that he was going to resigned. refer to post #5909814.


as well as this particular selling, i would like you to know if you havent already that there was substantial holdings notice from First cape mgt recently too.
