there is a huge difference between the Poseida deal and IMU current situation.
The price you get in a very competitive auction is different to the price you get as a distressed seller. IMU will need to offload some of its assets and/or sell more shares at bargain prices just to get a buyer in the near term to keep the lights on for just 6-9 months. I highly doubt IMU can raise to cover 12 months cash flow.
