RJ is on over 600K a year. Compared to the MD of BOW, which has been much more successful, of around $300K a year. I also compared another company who earnt less but can't remember from memory.

When Admin is running at nearly $2 million a quarter, that burns through a large chunk of the cash on hand within one year, and also explains why the recent capital raising was 'prudent'. With those admin costs, you'd expect some success in terms of proving reserves, surely? Not only in term of reward-for-effort, but also in terms of efficient spending of shareholders money on engineers/analysts to prove up reserves.
