Hallgarten Valuation

Hallgarten and Co have posted a valuation of ARR on Linkedin

Their 12 month target is AUD0.56 with 100% upside
This is AUD1.12 with the upside.
I see this as conservative. Once BMO have bought in new major shareholders for Wyoming Rare then ARR should swap their State Halleck tenements for AUD600mill cash or AUD600mill composed of cash plus Wyoming Rare shares. ARR will then be able to deal with La Paz in mining friendly Arizona with its huge rare earth deposit and its multi billion compliant in ground scandium resource. After La Paz it has their other USA and Australian interests to monetize.
I am uncertain how the Halleck tenements on Federal and private land will be dealt with. My view is that they can be sold later for additional funds but maybe all of Halleck will be packaged into one lot by BMO in the next six months.
Because Trump and Musk are aware of the crucial nature of USA rare earth independence they will move at the speed of light to get Halleck fast tracked, I predict that Wyoming Rare will be fully funded and well advanced in building a mine by Nov 2025.
From experience with other multi baggers I believe ARR will pop suddenly to Hallgarten's upside target making it difficult for non holders to time their entry. The current low price assisted by daily suppressive BOT trading has created a good time to buy.
