Trader8888 you just proved nursery's point man, a 700% rise can't be repeated year after year, which is why nursery is getting out at around these prices. Others will jump in because they can see the value being created by the extra acerage and drilling, but if you're up 700% it's never really a bad time to take some profits off the table, unless you want to ride it all the way up and all the way down.
