I forgot to ask that in AGM, I did wonder about the same before meeting.
I do believe some members are preparing to reallocate to US permanently, once JV is signed and formally operating, then JV can probably start to lodge visa applications for some, but I think majority will come back and be ready for next JV demo location.
There have to be more than 1 JV discussion under going at the same time, especially after US contract is penned down every other blockmaker in the world is at risk of missing out in securing the exclusive right to use HX technology. It's not just a demo for US builders at the moment, every players in this industry are watching closely too.
