What shareholder would say NO at an EGM to raising funds for a JV? very few if any would be my guess

We'd like to see management grow the company rather than keep the lights on through highly dilutive capital raisings at a decreasing SP.

Any fool can organize a CR at a 30-40% discount. They're being paid the big bucks to grow the company
