What I mentioned was with an "if" and I am not claiming to be right. My memory is not brilliant but I think I picked that up somewhere. I would appreciate it if anyone else saw it. I do not think this type of thing involves a breach of disclosure situation, many explorer companies pay for services in script.
I utterly fail to understand how a JORC can leave out a high proportion of what is there in the ground. Surely in the discussions between the company and the consultants this would be mentioned. Surely the extra drilling that is being done now so they can upgrade the JORC would have been mentioned in discussions prior to the release of the JORC. This issue of the missing nugget copper in the JORC from a highly professional consultant has to me, never been properly explained. It is an issue of more than intellectual curiosity.
The consultant could have remained passive, received the impute from CDU and issues the report that was issued.
Or the consultant could have picked up the phone and said something like, if you want the native copper included we would suggest you do extra drilling at the following locations.
After the event, CDU is carrying out that extra drilling and a new report is in the process of being delivered.
To the shareholders of CDU including Max W there was a huge impact on going the way it happened
If this had happened to one of the major mining houses in an important report then think about what that major mining house would have done.
I agree with Max W this needs being investigated.
