That's only a tiny discount to current price, which is excellently done by management, $15M less fees, pays for a lot of drilling next year after the wet.
There has been small explorers doing 15-20% discounts to prices that have already fallen, so 35c would be as good as possible. Is the SPP on top of the $15M or part of it??
