Once the prospective buyer got access to the dataroom, DD would take anywhere around 3 to 5 weeks, assuming they have a mutual understanding of the deal with the board. Based on the fact that the announcement of the offer was hidden on the 5th page of a trenching exploration update (no TH, no separate price sensitive announcement), I don't have high hopes for a decent deal. My gut feel says it's probably a low-ball offer by a Chinese entity somewhere in the middle of a single digit million range, but I could be wrong here. We would probably get an answer by the end of next week though.

Good luck everyone, I think we need quite a lot of it after the abysmal performance of this stock.
