Your costs oppies was a sunk cost, and you can not get that back.
All you can do now is buy shares or exercise the oppies. exercising will cost 1.5c, and buying on market about 1.7-1.9 today. Considerably better deal to exercise.
Now, if you want to take into account the Capital gains loss that you can put against gains this fin year, or in the future, that is more complex and best to speak to an advisor. Also, if you exercise, that CGT loss does not disappear, until the sp climbs above the 4.5c number when you sell.
