The paragraph in the audit opinion headed - "Material uncertainty related to going concern" should not be there! This misrepresents the financial position of the company.
If you read note 3, the directors explain clearly that, following the CR, the company has plenty of cash to fund the operations for the next 12 months. This fact is patently obvious - there is no "material uncertainty". The auditors have got this wrong...management should have picked this up and pushed back on the inclusion of that paragraph...it is misleading and creates confusion.
