I'm not a lawyer but sircel signed a royalty agreement with circular resources willingly a signed contract. They also purchased a BRP machine based on some form of solid data. That machine has not been reassembled in NSW by the manufacturer for what ever reason and they hold critical parts for it to run apparently . So clearly they are the only party who can build it. Looking back at old updates Etech is there name. Clearly the three parties are not on the same page.
.If you were purchasing new unproven technologies wouldn't you have clauses in you contract protecting you from technology failure. I know I would.
lm not sure how you take circular resources to court when they haven't run the kit.
I hope for your sake when you couldn't get a straight answer from these kiwis on the tech you had the sence to walk away
