"Results of the DFS" is not the DFS itself. "Submitted in August" can be after Aug. 22, which was the deadline for the first round of applications. Just saying........
And about the board: they do what they want because they can. Getting the votes to vote them out is almost impossible. I would like to vote, for example, but I can't with the German broker.
Investing in something like that means putting up with it. Accept it. It happens everywhere, by the way: look at the state of Volkswagen. The bosses, including the ex, always got their bonuses.
