I followed, but did not invest in Roots ages ago. It struggled to make any inroads. However to get the IP of roots business which is bankruptcy for the $170k seems like chicken feed for what could be a great bolt on for the greenhouse market segment. I think CPV have swooped on this and got it at a price that makes sense.
