To kick things off, I say about ~109m new shares at 5.5c (with a 1-for-2 free attaching option or suchlike, 9c ex - just below the 10c ex existing options) to raise ~$6m before costs. VWAP discount of 9-11% depending on number of days counted.
So much left to "prepay" - like IR consultants!
