Yes, i fully aware of what's happening with HAS. DRE being explorer is what they do and it does make things difficult if & when they do & don't find anything substantial, however moving forward with the SOM and going down the path of a self-funded explorer is a great move imo. DRE have a great REE portfolio, and in due time the value of that will come to fruition at some point. What are you suggesting DRE do to move forward? other than drilling holes? and selling off some of their assets?
