The permits required are:


1. Source Material Licence (NRC) - submitted

2. Permit to Mine (WDEQ) - submitted

3. Permit to Appropriate Groundwater; (maybe I have missed it, but I believe this will form a part of the submission of 1&2 above) They already have a permit for this to conduct drilling, unsure if the same permit but I think not.

4. Wellfield Authorization (UIC Permit); - submitted

5. Deep Disposal Well Permit; (WDEQ) - submitted

(4&5 above I am expecting very soon, along with exemption to commence early construction)

These 3 I am unsure of status...

6. Wyoming Pollution Discharge Elimination System; (WDEQ)

7. 11(e)2 By product/Waste Disposal Agreement;

8. Air Quality Permit. (WDEQ)
