    so, acc. to this, all those copper mines can shut down, which don't have results like in Spain.

    You are aware of, for example, Uranium grades in the Athabasca basin compared to the ones in Namibia? Acc. to your expertise, Deep Yellow can shut immediately. Are they? No.
