2024 AGM

A very informative AGM this morning! All Directors attended including Justin attending via skype from East Africa, It was 1.30 AM there. It has become apparent that each board members compliment each other in skills and what they bring to our company. Richard from RMS, our auditor attended and was actively involved in answering questions from the shareholders. Sytze has overseen a complete revamping of our governing rules. We have several subsidiaries overseas and it was comforting to see that Scott Mison have complete control of our group accounts especially after for some of us the recent debacle with WFL. We have wound up 9 overseas subsidiary companies and streamlined the group.

We are currently working on Talking heads for a number of enterprises which we will be paid for when they are complete. The income from this work, together with our subscriptions and funds from our rent CR i believe will mean that there is no need for a CR in the next 12 months. Sytze believes that our DH are 80% perfect and I noted that our company hasn't started to ramp up our advertising until we get the TH more presentable. I noted that although the number from the webinar earlier this week concerning inquiries and paid subscriptions may have inferred that our platform is not successful nothing could be further from the truth. These numbers do not show how many companies that we are working on but are not recorded until we have met the clients demands and they have signed and paid for our service. There is so much in the pipeline that the reported figures do not show.

The employee performance right share plan is only for employees and are NOT provided to the Board. Employees are NOT rewarded for each year of service they are rewarded for any staff member that obtains strict key performance indicators. This is determined by Scott Mison who does not handle them our willy nilly. I am quite happy to keep accumulating and remain a long term top 20 shareholder.
