WTF, 1% VOTED AGAINST... SH's have themselves to blame for not voting against many of these self-feeding director resolutions imo.... SP 1.2c to 0.001 and they reward themselves with free performance shares etc... They should all be sacked, as this company is nothing but another lifestyle ASX disgrace imo!!!! Sigh!!!!
