    buy back limited to .41 so no upward pressure from that. As to the big seller if there finished then the buy back will take a lot longer to accumulate that last 11.6 mil and create a floor of .41cents or higher........ any aquisition News will be the driver to price.... so IMO lower limit .41 upper limit open... fairly safe bet in the near term?
