if Im right, adds weight to the CRO delay argument, if you accept that, makes the broader situation seem more logical and palatable imo. Most importantly the demonstrable benefit of the tech legit.
Not saying comms etc are perfect - theoretically shouldn't matter too much if the plan is to sell and we have a team to tell the story. I'm sure a lot of these deals cone to market pretty reliant on IP and data rather than managerial expertise.
