Well spotted.
How stupid were both sides of this deal.
Redivium for thinking that they could actually do a deal with CLZ. However they are walking away with CLZ shareholder money and worthless shares and will probably end up keeping Forestania. So a win for them.
CLZ for thinking they had the smarts to actually do a deal. They have blown shareholders money on the useless development of Kat Gap and now basically given Redivium a cash present while the balance continues to accumulate interest at exorbitant interest rates. They call this “creating shareholder wealth” and reward shareholders by offering more useless shares in a useless company for being loyal.
This, no doubt, will go into administration and will be bought back and relisted with a new name for the next grift. AIMO DYOR
