There is definatley someone trying to keep them down but do agree that they are currenlty to cheap this stock especially being in the iron ore space.

Wether they are keeping them down to accumulate or not it seems on the chart at present that stock is due for its new momentum run up as it has bounced off perfectly the bottom uptrend line.
