Management cant keep to a time table
Management spent woonarah money on an unprofitable gold mine (and stuffed that up)
Management has never bought any shares on market
Management has blamed everthing but their own ineptitude for the current shareprice (i think its lower than this time last year)
Plenty more that can be added
