What CR could they organise - and how much cash would they expect to get? Would ot be much.
They really need this consultancy group to come up with something - then run a CR on a hopefully better SP.
A poster here (won't name you) had a go at me when I said even 100mil shares for a CR would only raise $1-1.5mil and that is only enough to keep the lights on for a year. Well. SP is already down to 1.7 cents (another 10% off today) and any CR normally has a discount of around 20%. My calculation looks a bit optimistic at the moment.
Hope the cream bun comes out of her private funds - BIT can't afford them.
