Apart from the obvious, these 2 items (cornice cracks) ( cavity issues) I’ve mentioned that will be done away with by utilising HX saves a large scale builder hundreds of thousands of dollars per year in rectification works . There is also payments ( progress payment) for completion of structure in 1 or 2 days instead of waiting 2-3-4-5 weeks depending on size of structure, how do you put a price on this ? Cash flow is also a huge factor. As I said apart from the obvious cost savings there are many other cost savings they many people wouldn’t even know about . NFA DYOR .
