2) Climate certainty would if you had to run electrical heaters or air con systems, as would how well insulated your home was.

the people wanted non socialised electricity, that’s why they voted in Jeff kennnet to privatise Victoria’s electricity assets and got the ball rolling, now they complain about the companies profiting
